AILET 2022 Application Fee:
AILET 2022 Application form fee can be submitted through online mode only. Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI Payment gateways for the transaction of application fees.
The Application form fee for AILET 2022 will be as follows:

AILET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Following are the complete eligibility norms candidates will have to fulfill to be eligible for AILET 2022 Exam:
For B.A.LL.B. (Hons.):
- Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examinations from any recognized board.
- Marks: Applying candidates shall have scored at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) to be eligible for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.).
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final examination of 10+2 or its equivalent can also apply for AILET 2022.
For LL.M.:
- Qualification: Candidates must have LLB or its equivalent law degree from any recognized board.
- Marks: Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
- Appearing: The candidates appearing for the final year of the required examination in 2022 can be eligible to apply.
For Ph.D. Program:
- Qualification: Candidates should have passed LLM or its equivalent degree to be eligible for admission.
- Marks: Applying candidates should have scored a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
AILET 2022 Exam Pattern
Following are the complete eligibility norms candidates will have to fulfill to be eligible for AILET 2022 Exam:
For B.A.LL.B. (Hons.):
- Mode of Exam: The examination will be conducted through offline mode.
- Total Questions: There will be a total of 150 questions with 150 Marks in the Question Paper.
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes will be allotted to the candidates for solving the question paper (10: 00 AM to 11:30 AM).
- Questions Type: The Question paper will be consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Medium: The question paper will be in English medium.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will consist of 1 mark and 0.25 will be deducted on every wrong answer.
- Sections: There will be 3 sections as English, Current Affairs & General Knowledge & Logical Reasoning in the question paper.
Following are the complete eligibility norms candidates will have to fulfill to be eligible for AILET 2022 Exam:

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons.):
- Total Questions: There will be total of 102 questions with 150 Marks in the Question Paper.
- Sections: Section A will have 100 multiple choice questions and a candidate has to answer two (2) descriptive questions from Section B.
- Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes will be allotted to the candidates for solving the question paper (10: 00 AM to 11:30 AM).
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be provided on every correct answer and 0.25 will be deducted on every wrong answer.

Section A will consist of two parts:
Part 1: English language (50 questions; 50 marks)
Part 2: Legal reasoning (50 questions; 50 marks) - Section B will have eight to ten questions from different branches of law. The candidates will have to answer any two (2) descriptive questions of 25 marks each. (Total marks for section B: 50).
